We welcome you into our Tasting Lounge for a tasting that brings together seasonal flavours and the nuances of vintage. Enjoy four seasonally inspired food bites, thoughtfully paired with the 2022 and 2021 Eagle Eye and the 2020 and 2018 Red Label. This in-depth experience invites you to compare two vintages of each wine, explore how their character evolves with time, and discover the interplay between wine and the flavours of autumn.
Experience Stone Eagle at its most compelling, as harvest brings a new vintage to life. This immersive 75-minute tour offers an intimate look at the work behind each bottle, beginning with an introduction to our vineyard practices and, weather permitting, a stroll through the vines. Discover the foundations of Stone Eagle’s brand and philosophy in the Gallery before continuing through the Grand Cellar and production areas. Amongst the activity of a working winery during harvest, gain a deeper understanding of the winemaking process, from grape to glass.
Your experience culminates with a tasting of Signature Sparkling, 2023 Rosé, 2022 Eagle Eye and 2020 Red Label, alongside a barrel or tank sample offering a rare opportunity to taste wine in progress.
The Signature Experience presents five exceptional Stone Eagle wines, each thoughtfully paired with a culinary creation from The Nest and hosted in the stunning Tasting Lounge.
