We are delighted to introduce The Chef & Sommelier’s Table, our new intimate dinner series hosted within The Aquila Room, our private dining space overlooking the breathtaking Grand Cellar. Each evening welcomes just 20 guests for a thoughtfully curated four-course tasting menu paired with exceptional Stone Eagle wines.
The inaugural evening will journey through the flavours of Italy, celebrating the country’s rich culinary traditions through seasonal cuisine and expertly selected Stone Eagle wine pairings.
