Enjoy two tasting flights featuring Stone Eagle Sparkling, the Stone Eagle Red, and the Stone Eagle Special Selection, thoughtfully paired with our signature caviar service.
At the heart of the experience is 30g of exceptional Beluga caviar, sourced from the Caspian Sea, accompanied by traditional garnishes: egg yolk, egg white, chives, crème fraîche, shallots, cornichons, and blini. The journey concludes with a refined and unexpected pairing of house-made vanilla ice cream.
Our Founder’s Flight features four exceptional wines. Taste the Eagle Eye, Stone Eagle Rosé, and Stone Eagle Red, culminating in the ultra-rare Stone Eagle Special Selection, a limited-release wine reserved for the most discerning palates.

Begin with an introduction to our vineyard practices, with a stroll through the vines if the weather permits. Explore the heart of the winery, starting at the Gallery, where you will uncover the foundations of the Stone Eagle brand and philosophy. The journey continues through the Grand Cellar and production areas, offering a behind-the-scenes look at our winemaking process, from grape to glass.
