At the heart of the experience is 30g of exceptional Beluga caviar, sourced from the Caspian Sea, accompanied by traditional garnishes: egg yolk, egg white, chives, crème fraîche, shallots, cornichons, and blini. The journey concludes with a refined and unexpected pairing of house-made vanilla ice cream.
