At Stone Eagle Winery, we take pride in offering a refined and memorable experience. To preserve the integrity of our estate and ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before your visit.
We kindly inform you that the Stone Eagle property is reserved for guests ages 16+. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preserving this ambiance for all our guests.
With the exception of certified service dogs, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted on the estate. Proper documentation must be presented for service animals. Please note that purchased certificates will not be accepted.
Each member of your reservation, including non-drinkers, must purchase an experience ticket. Non-alcoholic options are available. Space is limited, and we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of your confirmed booking.
We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your reserved time. A brief grace period may be extended, however arrivals beyond 15 minutes risk forfeiting the reservation. Refunds are not available for missed or late arrivals.
Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Within 24 hours, reservations may receive up to a 50% refund. Adjustments can be managed directly through your Tock account, or by contacting us via email.
All experiences proceed rain or shine.
Professional or commercial photography is not permitted without prior approval. Wedding couples hosting their celebration with us may arrange engagement photography and wedding-day photography. All other requests must be submitted to info@stoneeaglewinery.com.
Refined casual attire is recommended. Shirts and footwear are required at all times.
